Had a professional came over to asses the piano. Piano is in excellent condition. the keyboard is light and very nice to play on. heater is working well. no rust. only thing is the piano is in need of regulation which cost $150. ideally after transporting piano from one place to another should regulate and tune your piano as well. so $1300 for this piano is a catch!
