The dazzling UK-based Malaysian pianist Mei Yi Foo was recently in residence at the Conservatory, showcasing compositions by leading composers from Malaysia and Singapore, including works by YST faculty Chen Zhangyi, Adeline Wong, Chow JunYan, as well as Chung Shih Hoh, Joyce Koh, Americ Goh, Chie Tsang Lee, and Samuel Cho.

The 2019-2020 season will see this Mother/Daughter Duo touring in Brazil and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bangkok).

Visiting Artist Paul Lewis recently concluded a series of concerts internationally, exploring the music of Haydn, Beethoven and Brahms.

As part of this endeavour, he brought four charismatic and memorable recitals to the Conservatory between 2018-2019.

On his most recent visit, he shared with our students his intellect and wisdom on keyboard music of the 18th century in a public masterclass.
