Ravel was clearly a precious, tidy little man who loved and demanded silence and privacy. He lived through his music. I am distressed that people who entered his space might pocket something. It is not forgivable. I appreciate that the house even still exists! Why don't people put gloves on to open old books and handle manuscripts? All said, thank you for the tour.
