The makers of Schulze used to work in the Ibach and Steinway before they shifted to Italy. This piano soundboard is something special - it comes from the famous Val di Femme Forest, where famous violin makers used their wood from. Beautiful cabinetry, a skill only Italian artisans can produce. This piano is made of walnut wood with beautiful grain. It also has the marquetry of briarwood. This is a one of the kind piano because no two Schulze & Pollman piano are the same due to different wood grain. Schulze Pollman is completely assembled and made in Italy. Bought in 2006. Some discoloration due to humidity. Some repair needed. This piano now retails for SGD$32,000 if bought new.
