This is one of the latest measures announced this evening.

How does this potentially affect home-based piano teachers, or piano teachers who travel to students' homes to conduct their lessons?

Some teachers conduct group theory classes or masterclasses. Some full-time teachers travel to as many as 8 students' homes in a day.
